Prior to founding her own marketing agency in May 2001, Helen oversaw a double-digit increase in sales as head of the French and South American brand management team at Kobrand Corporation and was the Vice President of Marketing for BevAccess. Since 2001, she has worked in strategic brand management for global tastemakers such as Moët Hennessy USA, Rémy Cointreau and ICEX/Foods & Wines from Spain, and has led multi-annual lifestyle campaigns for Ribera, the Basque region, and the Governments of Canada, Brazil and Argentina. A graduate of Princeton University with a B.A. in Politics/Economics and a recipient of a post-graduate E.U. Business fellowship from Ecole Polytéchnique in Paris, Helen speaks French, Italian and Spanish and was an investment banker prior to focusing on food, wine, spirits and lifestyle marketing.
A graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Journalism, Tasja moved to New York in 1996 to complete a Master’s Degree in Food Service Management at New York University while working as a Purchasing Mangager (overseeing a $3.5 million annual budget/inventory) for Chef Tom Colicchio and the prestigious Union Square Hospitality Group/Gramercy Tavern. From November 1999 to May 2003 she was recruited as the Director of the International Wine Department for Lavinia wine boutique in Spain. Fluent in Spainish, French and Italian, and proficient in Portuguese, Tasja is a judge for the European Taster’s Guild, covering cheese, specialty food, and wine products. She joined GWPR in 2011 and has brought her significant experience to develop the European and South American account division.
